Note: It is mandatory to fill all the fields in Panel A if you want them printed on the chart.
Panel B: Input data
There are two ways you can input data: either paste data from a spreadsheet or upload your file. In either case, the data must include at least one column with a header called MARKS (all caps). Optionally (recommended), you can add three more headers in all caps: STUDENT, PROGRAMME, ENR NO.
Note: The data loaded with either method is shown in Panel G below.

Panel C: A and NP cutoffs
Min marks for PASS grade
Min marks in this data: –
adjustable (enter value or use arrows)
Min marks for A grade
Max marks in this data: –
adjustable (enter value or use arrows)
Notes
- Enter A and NP cutoff values (red cells). You may use the min and max marks of the data and/or the percentile values in Panels E and G.
- By default, bands from A- to D are equally distributed (rounded) based on your cutoffs. Since the bands use rounded values, the interval widths may be slightly unequal.
- See the default frequency distribution, i.e., based on the equal or nearly equal class intervals. If the distribution is as desired, then no adjustments may be needed. Further adjustments can be made to the class intervals for A-D to shape the distribution as desired. In addition to the distribution, keep an eye on the mean marks and mean GPA displayed in the graph.
- At any point, if things get messy, press the Reset "equal-ish" intervals.
